Monthly Restorative Yoga Healing Retreat

6:30 pm - 7:45 pm

Pause and retreat monthly! In Restorative Yoga we are fully supported in gentle poses with props: bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Within these physical poses we invite our body and mind to give ourselves permission to release into a deep state of relaxation. The practice of conscious restoration rejuvenates the entire system leading to physical, mental, spiritual, and energetic well-being. It is especially nurturing for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or stress.*trauma and prenatal safe.

Anxiety Relief Tools for Self-Care to Reduce Fear & Stress During a Busy Season

November 19th
11:00 am to 12:00 pm

Life in general can be full of stress and worry, but those emotions seem to increase during the end of the year. The good news is that with the right techniques we can find calm anywhere throughout our day; and we don’t need yoga pants or a yoga mat to find respite. In this workshop you will be invited to release excess stress in the body in order to cultivate greater inner calm and mental quiet through somatic movement and yoga inspired breathing techniques right from your chair.

With a trauma -informed practice Miranda will also guide you through self-inquiry, journaling, and guided meditation so that we can further lean into where we are holding felt or numbed stress. You will work your way toward releasing mental, emotional, and physical tension so that we can feel more grounded and centered as we navigate life!

Dress comfortably.  Bring paper or a journal with pen/pencil.
