Workshop 1: February 27th, 6 pm - 8 pm
Creating the Vessel: Handcrafted Journals for Sacred Space with Artist & Journaler, Paty Chavez
In a supportive space for self-expression, participants will create a page by page vision journal. It will be guided by local artist and journaler, Paty Chávez. While using the elementary tools of markers, colorful pens, glue, cardstock paper, magazines, etc., you will be guided to create a journal that is unique to you. The instructor will share journal techniques to help aid you in your visualization of a better self. No experience or an "artsy bone" in your body is required. We are all artists by nature.
Workshop 2: March 6th, 6 pm - 7:30 pm
