Yoga Classes

Explore your strength and ease in this fluid yoga sequence designed to stretch your body and calm your mind. This class features slower transitions and instruction to experience yoga postures in a safe and accessible way. Open to beginners and experienced yogis alike, you’ll be given props and options to make various poses more accessible (although of course you may always say “no thank you” to anything you don’t want to do).
 

Although we very much value our skills and knowledge as yoga teachers, we are offering low cost payment options. Having choice is accessibility.  CALMYOGA10 to pay $10 or CALMYOGA5 to pay $5.

This Yin class is a series of deep, long held postures that stimulate growth and function of the tissues leaving your body feeling refreshed and energized! The divine inner practice of Yin balances your energetic system, increases flexibility and provides time for deep contemplation and reflection. It is complimentary  practice to the more active forms of yoga.

Our Yin is suitable for all levels. Props like our blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets will be used to support stretching and overall relaxation!  Every Monday from September 11th to October 30th 2023.
