Yoga For the Mind Workshop with Miranda

Service Description

Unwind from the day with a yoga practice centered on letting go of mental, emotional, and physical tension. Allow for the release of excess stress in your body in order to cultivate greater inner calm and mental quiet. Variations of yoga poses will be offered while mindfully utilizing our breath to move into an exercise while inviting relaxation. Tools such as somatic movement, breathing techniques, and meditation will be used to further relax the body and mind. This will be an accessible and adaptable yoga series taught with a trauma conscious lens. We will meet ourselves where we are at while creating a safe space. The benefits you could gain: *relaxed nervous system *feeling centered and rooted *at home in and connected to your body *chakra alignment and space for prana to flow more easily *focus and improved brain health (decreased brain fog) Space is limited to 10 students to create a comfortable setting. Level: For everyone that wants to feel calm and centered.
