Service Description

In depth holistic health assessment to individuals who are looking to maintain wellness or create a state of balance in the body to prevent dis-ease. Each client receives an individualized healing protocol. Protocols could include, but not limited to, suggestions for lifestyle changes, specific yoga asana and breathwork exercises, adding in or eliminating specific foods, herbs, and spices. Beneficial for those experiencing auto-immune symptoms like but not limited to:migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, insomnia, rashes, anxiety, depression, and joint or muscular pain.
